Overview

Grade 7 Titanium, designated as Ti-0.2Pd, is a palladium-modified commercially pure titanium alloy developed by BOZE Metal for ultra-high corrosion resistance in harsh, aggressive environments. This grade is derived from Grade 2 pure titanium with a small addition of 0.2% palladium, which drastically enhances its resistance to crevice corrosion, pitting corrosion, and acid attack, making it ideal for use in chloride-rich, acidic, and high-temperature chemical settings where standard pure titanium grades are insufficient.

While retaining the excellent formability and weldability of Grade 2 titanium, Grade 7 (Ti-0.2Pd) offers superior durability in corrosive conditions, serving critical industries such as chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, desalination, and offshore engineering.
