Overview

Grade 11 Titanium (Ti-0.15Pd) is a palladium-modified commercially pure titanium alloy developed by BOZE Metal as a cost-effective alternative to Grade 7 titanium. Containing a lower palladium content of 0.15%, this grade offers significantly improved corrosion resistance over standard Grade 1 pure titanium, at a more affordable cost than Grade 7. It is designed for moderate corrosive environments, providing reliable protection against pitting and crevice corrosion while maintaining the excellent formability and ductility of pure titanium.
