The Largest Domestic Titanium Alloy Extrusion Equipment Production Line Was Successfully Put Into Operation In Baoti Group
Recently, the one-time heat load test run of the 6,300-ton titanium alloy extrusion production line was successful, it is the largest domestic titanium alloy extrusion equipment supplied by Sinomach Reloading China Heavy Industry Institute for Baoji Titanium Industry Co., Ltd.
It is reported that the 6,300-ton titanium alloy extrusion production line is the core equipment of Baoti Co., Ltd.'s “High-quality titanium ingot and pipe profile production line construction project”. The max outside diameter of the titanium alloy seamless pipe produced is Φ325mm, and the max cross-sectional area of the titanium alloy profile is 5000mm2.
This project fills the blank in the extrusion equipment and technology of high-performance, large-section and complex-structure titanium alloy profiles in China, and realizes the independent production of large-section titanium alloy profiles, which will greatly meet the demand for large-section, high-performance and complex-structure profiles in China's aerospace field.
China Heavy Industry Institute has adopted a number of new technologies such as accumulator hydraulic transmission, high-speed extrusion electro-hydraulic control technology, intelligent robot auxiliary system, etc. to achieve high-reliability automated production of titanium alloy extrusion. At present, the production line system is accurately controlled and the product quality is excellent, which is highly praised by users.
