According to the reports, recently, the Baoti Titanium Strip Company launched a 680mm narrow strip coil rolling test and successfully rolled its min thickness to 0.3mm.

The 20-high rolling mill of the Baoti Titanium Strip Company is one of the important equipment for the production of strip-type titanium coils, and its normalized rolling strip width is 890mm-1370mm. In order to better meet the market demand, it is urgent to overcome the narrow strip rolling problem. Without the mature experience to learn from, the Baoti Titanium Strip Company has established a special conquering team, led by the equipment department and technical department, and cooperated with the 20-high rolling mill team in the first workshop to carry out specific work. After many experiments and studies, they determined the appropriate roll configuration and rolling plan, and successfully rolled the 680mm narrow strip coil to thickness as 0.3mm.
